Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to k333, Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and k333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the k333 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device or method used to access the platform. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use k333 and participate in any games or betting activities, all users must meet the following eligibility criteria without exception. k333 strictly enforces these requirements and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time.

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. k333 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing k333 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Identity: You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration. Fraudulent or fictitious details will result in immediate account closure.
• One Account Per Person: Each user is strictly limited to one registered account. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To access k333's full suite of products, users must complete the registration process accurately. The platform employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity of all account holders. This process is a standard industry requirement and helps protect users from unauthorized account access.

• Registration Data: All information submitted during sign-up must be truthful, current, and complete. Users are responsible for keeping their account details up to date.
• KYC Documents: k333 may request copies of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide these documents may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.
• Account Security: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity carried out under your credentials is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorized access to support immediately.
• Account Sharing: Sharing account credentials with any third party is strictly forbidden. Accounts found to be accessed by multiple individuals may be suspended or permanently closed.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Currency: All transactions on k333 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Any conversions from other currencies are handled at the prevailing exchange rate and may incur applicable fees.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

k333 periodically offers bonuses, promotions, and rewards to both new and existing users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each offer is stated on the promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonuses or those for which the wagering requirement has not been met within the stated timeframe will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each promotional offer is available to an eligible user once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times using different accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• k333 Discretion: k333 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude any user from promotions for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected abuse.

5. Prohibited Conduct

k333 maintains a strict policy against conduct that undermines the integrity, security, or fair operation of the platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false identification, or engaging in any form of financial fraud on the platform.
• Collusion & Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, sports bet, or casino product.
• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately exploiting bonus structures, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using automated tools to meet wagering requirements.
• System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical glitches, or system vulnerabilities to gain financial advantage. Any such gains are void and must be returned.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or play on k333 while under 21 years of age, or allowing or facilitating underage individuals to access your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content published on the k333 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of k333 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of k333's intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k333 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to the following scenarios:

• Financial Losses: Losses incurred through betting, wagering, or participation in any game on the platform, including losses resulting from technical errors outside k333's reasonable control.
• Service Interruptions: Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters or civil unrest.
• Third-Party Actions: Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures, or actions taken by third-party payment processors beyond k333's control.

Nothing in this limitation of liability clause shall exclude or restrict k333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Bangladeshi law. Users are advised to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

k333 is committed to protecting your personal data. All information collected during registration, KYC verification, and general use of the platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy as it applies to your use of k333.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of k333, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and direct communication with k333's customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. k333's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other right. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
